| Wanted canal boat, motorcruiser or will consider suitable converted small barge. Location in France, Belgium or Netherlands. Wanted for use on French canals by Australian buyer for next season 2011. MUST have shower, plenty of storage and a spacious kitchen with adequate bench space and preferably an oven and grill. HULL DETAILS Draught 1.1M maximum Air Draught 3.0 M Maximum Beam 3.0 M minimum 4.2 Maximum Length 10 -15M Maximum Age Any Engine Single only. Hull Steel. - Please supply year of last haul out, painting and survey. Engine Power 40 -100KW (economical 4 cylinder, DAF or other common make preferred but will accept 6 cylinder) Bow Thruster Optional Helm Inside required, second outside helm very much preferred but optional. Fuel tank Diesel 300L minimum Water tank 200L minimum Holding tank Optional. Accommodation 2 cabins, one double with adequate storage and cloths hanging space, second cabin or enclosed V bunks in bow. Headroom 1.8M in salon, galley & cabins. Galley LPG, fridge, 3 or 4 hot plates, (with oven and grill very much preferred), generous bench space and storage cupboards essential . Shower Essential - One shower and one toilet. Deck Outside living area with sun shelter, side decks full length access preferred. Room for storage of 2 to 4 bicycles on deck. Heating Diesel, Erbespatcher, Webasto, or similar required. LPG or Diesel hot water system. Insulation Hull insulation highly desirable for winter live aboard. General Will consider boats requiring some very minor modification to provide facilities required if price reflects this. Price range Flexible probably E30,000 to E60,000 depending on fit out, age and condition. Recent survey desirable. Purchase at end of 2010 European boating season would suit. Please provide full inventory of electric system, nav aids, fenders anchors and other accessories. Please indicate if sundries such as tools, mooring stakes, kitchen utensils, crockery, bedding etc is included with the boat.
