1980 Aquafibre DC30 For Sale. Broom fir out 30 x 10 ft Moored in Shepperton. We have a very nice example of the DC30 just come on the Market.

'Otter 3' is in very good condition, she has the original fir out from when she was built as a hire boat, including the original gel coat.

She has a good running Perkins 4108. The engine is in the aft of the boat, with the helm position at the front. There is a sliding roof in the living area.

The accommodation is made up of a large living area with the helm position, sofa that converts to a double bed, sliding roof and TV and radio. A door to the bow deck (there are covers for the bow deck, in good condition). There is also an electric winch on the bow deck. 2 gas bottled are included.

The Galley is separate with a full-size gas cooker, grill and hob, microwave combination oven, fridge, sink and storage.

Door to the bathroom, which has an electric pumpout toilet, large sink and shower.

The aft cabin has a double and single bed with storage below. Door out to the stern deck, which has covers in good condition.

The boat is heated by a webasto system and hot water is from a calorifier and 240v immersion heater.

This boat will make a great livaboard or family holiday boat. She is ready to go.
