Beautiful SWIFT TRAWLER 44 model 2012 with VOLVO D4 300CV engines with 700 hours in perfect condition and meticulously maintained by its owner.
Wintered out of water, it has very clean and healthy interiors and exteriors.

Semi-offshore equipment (survival 6 x people 2012 revised), complete and recent Raymarine electronics.
The hydraulic cylinders of the flaps and the rudder stocks were changed in 2022.
Shaft lines and propellers were revised in 2022.

Equipped with a bow thruster and a stern thruster, it is very easy to maneuver.
Its 3.10m ZODIAC tender with steering wheel is equipped with a 15CV SUZUKI HB engine and has a storage ber and a derrick on the flybridge.

The boat has great interior comfort with a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room and satellite TV.
2 x refrigerators (in the saloon and on the flybridge) + griddle and kitchen area on the flybridge.
5KVA 2022 generator, converter, forced air heating, satellite TV.
Black water tank (electric pump changed in 2022).

Hiverné hors d’eau il présente des intérieurs et des extérieurs très propres et très sains.

Equipement semi-hauturier (survie 6 x personnes 2012 révisée), Electronique Raymarine complète et récente.
Les verins hydrauliques des flaps et les mèches des safrans ont été changés en 2022.
Les lignes d’arbre et les hélices ont été revues en 2022.

Doté d’un propulseur d’étrave et d’un propulseur de poupe, il est très facile à manoeuvrer.
Son annexe ZODIAC de 3.10m avec volant est équipée d’un moteur HB SUZUKI de 15CV et bénéficie d’un BER de rangement et d’un mât de charge sur le fly.

Le bateau est doté d’un grand confort intérieur avec canapé convertible 2 places dans le salon et TV par satellite.
2 x réfrigérateurs (dans le carré et sur le fly) + plancha et coin cuisine sur le fly.
Groupe électrogène 5KVA 2022, convertisseur, chauffage à air pulsé, TV par satellite.
Cuve à eaux noires(pompe électrique changée en 2022).
Batteries service changées en 2021.
Taud de camping complet.

La coque vient d’être hydrogommée et le bateau sera remis à l’eau début Avril prêt à naviguer.
