Bespoke, top quality German motor-yacht designed and built by Henry Hatecke with a full photographic record of construction with original naval architect plans, tank test reports in current ownership. Port of registry London, official number - 716538.
LA LISA was built to a high standard with carvel mahogany planked hull, recent iroko laid deck (2014) and fine, solid mahogany interior joinery. Designed for extended cruising or living aboard with aft ensuite owners stateroom, guest cabins and separate crews quarters forward.
In current ownership since 2003 and a full-time liveaboard for ten years in Antibe prior to that. Well cared for and powered by twin 815hp MTU eight-cylinder diesels giving about 22 knots. Fitted new in 1978, 1,700 hours recorded. 10 fuel tanks with 6,000 litres total capacity. Four blade bronze propellers. Bilge fans. Bow Thruster. Trim Tabs. Engines serviced 2017.
12 batteries, 8 new, 4 two years old. 240-volt shore-power. Onan 220 volt Generator, serviced 2017. Air conditioning throughout.
ACCOMMODATION FROM FOREWARD:
CREWS QUARTERS: Foredeck hatch access, two single berths, electric heads, wash-basin and shower. Air conditioning, door opening to large chain locker.
TWIN GUEST CABIN: Two single berths, air conditioning, electric heating, and ensuite, shower, electric heads with wash-basin.
SINGLE GUEST CABIN: Single berth with removable berth above. Air conditioning and connecting door to:
MASTER STATEROOM: Two large berths, air conditioning, ensuite shower, electric heads with bidet and wash-basin. The stateroom could easily be subdivided to make two double cabins. The adjoining single cabin could be used as an owners dressing room or ideal as a nursery cabin.
DECK SALOON: Fitted settees with tapestry upholstery having storage lockers below. Fitted carpet, large sliding glazed doors to stern leisure deck. TV, video, Astra satellite TV, CD and stereo equipment.
WHEELHOUSE: Helm position and engine instrumentation to port side. Extensive navigation equipment as per inventory. Access forward to lower deck and galley and internal stairway up to:
FLYBRIDGE: Duplicate controls for hydraulic steering, trim tabs, bow thruster, engine instrumentation and controls. Fitted cover, radar gantry, access to:
UPPER SUNDECK: Smoked perspex windshields, fixed seating for six and two loungers. Summer awning.
GALLEY: Well fitted with four ring electric hob, 240-volt fridge, stainless steel sink unit, grill and oven with extraction, fridge freezer, wash machine, many pantry and crockery lockers, cooking utensils, cutlery, glass and chinaware. Pressurised hot water system. Two stainless steel, 300-litre freshwater tanks.
DEDICATED ENGINE ROOM: Housing a pair of 815hp MTU V8 331 Diesel Engines. Access to:
LARGE STERN LAZARETTE: Large water heater and cylinder, 24-volt water pressure pump and tank, air compressor, central electric bilge pump, two Victron 3,000-watt multi-units renewed 2017. Workbench with vice, electric and hand tools.
FOREWARD SUNBATHING DECK: With access hatches to storage ideal for fenders and warps.
STERN DECK: Removable zip door covers, passerelle, two lockers, mahogany table and four chairs.
